RUSSELL ROUGHS IT: Celebrity photographer and Electric Piranha Room creator Russell Tanoue shares a chair with pals Jackie Teixeira, left, Mayumi Kato, Tara Fuller and Malia Song at the Ocean Club in preparation for this month's Piranha event on Saturday. Tanoue will also be there Sunday to support Billie Takaki's fund-raiser for the American Heart Association.
