Reed, fourth from left, his wife, Suzanne, center, and
stuntman Darin Fujimori to his monthly Piranha Room party at
the Ocean Club on Saturday. Reed, who gave up a football
scholarship to pursue his dream of becoming a stuntman, was a
two-time winner at the World Stunt Awards in 2004. He recently
completed work as The Rock's stunt double in "Doom,"
a film based on the video game, in Prague, Czech Republic.
Tanoue could have used a stunt double of his own recently. He
got badly banged up during a test drive on a moped and had his
arm in a sling when hosting his monthly charity fund-raiser .
