What you see is real, believe it.

Someone asked for my opinion about a friend who only takes.  It seemed this person only knew how to be there when he needs something but would not be there for his friend in the same way.  This friend put his name on the line supporting him and his friend would not do the same. It's sad but there are people this way.  They are equally the same to those they feel are bad and those they call close to them. 

I said, believe what you see, because this is who he really is.  If a person is not willing to stand up for you, this person is not a true friend.  Don't waste your time. How can anyone feel good knowing that a friend has given so much and all you do is take.  Believe me, they don't feel a thing. 

There are people who have no conscience and you can't change that. 

So don't feel bad moving on.  It's simple, just walk away and you'll find yourself more happy.
